Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they attend sessions in a private space

  • Maintaining their own device security

5. Payment & Cancellation

Payment, cancellation, and refund terms are outlined in the Refund Policy page.

By booking an appointment, you agree to those terms.

6. Insurance

UnfoldVoices Counselling does not guarantee reimbursement by insurance providers.

Clients are responsible for verifying their own insurance coverage.

7. Intellectual Property
